The Facility Medical Director is responsible for the oversight and management of all clinical operations including staffing and utilization of fulltime and premium contingent labor, compliance with protocols and practice standards as well as managing the relationships between Anesthesia and the Hospital’s MSO, Surgical Services and C-Suite/Administration. They will work in partnership with the facility’s Director of Physician Services, the Assistant Vice President of Operations and with the Division Medical Director.

 

The ideal candidate will be a highly effective communicator, one that is comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization and able to successfully partner with facility leadership and ancillary departments. This individual will also have a passion for maintaining the highest quality standards and value Practice stability and retaining our talented team members.

 

Opportunity Highlights/Qualified Candidates:

• Anesthesiologists do their own cases covering 3 sites of service
• Bread & Butter cases. Ortho, Robotics, GYN, Urology. No hearts. No heads. No OB. No Peds
• Need to be Block proficient
• No overnight call with minimal call back
• Rotate weekend call coverage
