Family/Internal Medicine Physician - Outpatient, Value-Based Care (Irving, TX)

We’re looking for a skilled, compassionate Family or Internal Medicine physician to join our 100% outpatient, value-based care clinic in Irving, TX. You’ll manage acute and chronic conditions, coordinate care with specialists, and build long-term relationships that focus on prevention and quality outcomes.

What you’ll do

• Deliver patient-centered care in an outpatient setting for adults (18+).
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, including medical histories and risk evaluations.
• Diagnose and manage both acute and chronic conditions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and create individualized treatment plans.
• Provide preventive care and patient education to support long-term health.
• Refer patients to specialists when advanced or complex care is needed and coordinate follow-up.
• Work closely with an interdisciplinary care team to ensure timely communication and continuity.
• Supervise Nurse Practitioners when applicable (additional stipend provided).
• Keep clinic schedules running smoothly by being punctual and committed to seeing patients as scheduled.

• Guaranteed base salary of $240,000 plus up to a 20% annual performance bonus.

Who we’re looking for

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine (ABIM) or Family Medicine (ABFM). Board Eligible candidates must be within five years of residency completion.
• At least 1 year of clinical experience in primary care or urgent care; supervisory experience is a plus.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.
• Active Texas medical license and a DEA license in good standing.
