Family/Internal Medicine Physician - 100% Outpatient, Value-Based Care in Garland, TX (Base $240K + Bonus)

Join a 100% outpatient, value-based care clinic in Garland, TX, where physicians deliver continuity-focused, preventive, and relationship-centered primary care. You will manage acute and chronic conditions, coordinate care with specialists, and work within an interdisciplinary team to achieve high-quality outcomes for adults 18 and older.

• Outpatient clinic serving patients 18+
• Monday-Friday schedule; some clinics offer extended hours
• Supported by a dedicated Medical Assistant and clinic staff
• Guaranteed base salary of $240,000 plus up to a 20% annual performance bonus
• $1,250/month supervision stipend per Nurse Practitioner
• CME allowance and paid CME hours

Key responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered primary care
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, including medical histories and risk evaluations
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions; order and interpret diagnostic tests
• Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver preventive care and patient education to support long-term health goals
• Refer to and coordinate with specialists for advanced or complex care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure timely follow-up and communication
• Supervise Nurse Practitioners when applicable (stipend provided)
• Maintain punctuality to ensure patients are seen as scheduled

Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (ABFM) or Internal Medicine (ABIM); Board Eligible candidates must be within 5 years of residency completion
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in primary care or urgent care; supervisory experience preferred
• Active Texas medical license and valid DEA registration
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
