Key responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered primary care
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, histories, and risk evaluations
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and create individualized treatment plans
• Deliver preventive care and patient education to support long-term health
• Coordinate referrals and collaborate with specialists and interdisciplinary teams
• Supervise Nurse Practitioners when applicable (stipend provided)
• Maintain punctuality to ensure scheduled patient flow

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (ABFM) or Internal Medicine (ABIM); Board Eligible candidates must be within 5 years of residency completion
• Minimum one year of clinical experience in primary care or urgent care; supervisory experience preferred
• Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred
• Active Texas medical license and valid DEA registration
