Site Physician Assistant - Geriatrics & Home Care (Bronx) | FT, $158-178K + Bonus

Full-time Site Physician Assistant position in The Bronx, NY, providing clinical, organizational, and administrative medical care at Diagnostic Treatment Centers and in patients’ homes. Ideal for a PA experienced with frail and elderly patients who can deliver comprehensive, interdisciplinary care.

Schedule

• Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM (1-hour lunch)

• Base salary $158,000-$178,000 plus bonus

Primary responsibilities

• Provide high-quality medical care to elderly and frail patients in clinic and home settings
• Manage clinical documentation, orders, and medical decision-making
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team members and external providers
• Participate in administrative and quality-improvement activities related to the site
• Maintain regulatory, billing, and compliance requirements for Medicare/Medicaid patients

Minimum requirements

• Graduate of an accredited PA program
• NCCPA board certification
• Active, unrestricted New York State PA license
• New York DEA registration
• Current BLS certification
• Active CAQH profile
• Current Medicare and Medicaid provider IDs
• Willingness to provide home-care services

Preferred qualifications

• ≥1 year experience with frail or elderly populations
• Geriatric medicine diploma, fellowship, or equivalent clinical experience
• Experience in geriatrics and/or palliative care
• Prior home-care experience
• Bilingual skills

• Strong verbal, written, clinical, and interpersonal communication skills required
• No malpractice history or license loss/restriction related to DTC practice
