Adult Site Physician Assistant - Geriatrics & Home-Care (Manhattan, NY)

We are seeking a full-time Physician Assistant to join our Manhattan team, providing clinical, organizational, and administrative oversight at our Diagnostic Treatment Centers and in patients’ homes. This role focuses on comprehensive care for frail and elderly patients and offers the chance to build lasting relationships with patients and families within a collaborative interdisciplinary setting.

Schedule

• Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM (1-hour lunch)

Compensation & benefits

• Base salary: $158,000-$178,000 plus bonus

Qualifications & requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
• NCCPA board certification
• Current, active, unrestricted New York State PA license
• Current New York DEA registration
• Current BLS certification
• Active CAQH profile; current Medicare and Medicaid provider IDs
• Minimum one year of experience with frail or elderly populations preferred
• Geriatrics diploma, fellowship, or equivalent clinical experience preferred
• Experience in geriatrics and/or palliative care and home-care experience preferred; willingness to perform home visits required
• Excellent verbal, written, clinical, and interpersonal communication skills
• No malpractice history or license restriction related to DTC practice
• Bilingual skills a plus
