Per Diem Hospitalist Physician - Littleton, NH (Internal or Family Medicine)

We’re looking for a dependable Per Diem Hospitalist to join our team in Littleton, NH to cover upcoming PTO, FMLA, and vacation shifts. This is an inpatient, hospital-based role with the flexibility to pick up additional days or shifts in Urgent Care if you’re interested. You’ll be part of a collaborative team focused on delivering excellent patient care and smooth transitions from admission to discharge.

Compensation

• $120-$130+ per hour, depending on experience.

What you’ll do

• Provide high-quality inpatient care: assess, diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Work closely with specialists, nurses, and support staff so each patient receives coordinated, comprehensive care.
• Participate in discharge planning and care coordination to promote safe transitions home or to the next level of care.
• Keep accurate, timely medical records in line with hospital policies.
• Fill in for colleagues on vacation or leaves of absence as needed.

What we’re looking for

• MD or DO in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine who is Board Certified or Board Eligible.
• Ideally, at least 2 years of hospitalist experience.
• Valid DEA registration.
• Active New Hampshire medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to patient care.
