Medical Director / Attending Physician - Hospitalist (Skilled Nursing Facilities) - Newport, NH

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Director/Attending Physician to deliver high-quality care across skilled nursing facilities in Newport, New Hampshire. This full-time role combines schedule flexibility, a collaborative team environment, and the opportunity to improve outcomes for post-acute and long-term care patients.

Position highlights

• Full-time role covering local skilled nursing facilities; physicians typically serve each facility 1-2 days per week
• No fixed daily start/end times, no call, and no overnight shifts
• Typical patient volume: 18-25 visits per day

Requirements

• MD or DO with an unrestricted U.S. medical license or eligibility for licensure
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, PM&R, or Emergency Medicine
• Strong communication, leadership, and clinical decision-making skills
