Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Skilled Nursing & Post-Acute Care (Paris, IL)

We’re expanding our team serving skilled nursing facilities across Paris, Illinois and are looking for caring Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants who enjoy working with older adults. If you want to deliver patient-centered care in a collaborative, team-based setting where your clinical judgment is valued, this could be a great fit.

What the role looks like

• Full-time positions with flexible schedules - six-hour facility shifts (rounds usually start between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.).
• No overnight shifts or on-call responsibilities.
• You’ll perform daily rounds, manage acute and chronic conditions, prescribe medications and treatment plans, and coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team.
• Documentation is streamlined via an EHR with AI Scribe and voice dictation; we provide an iPad with LTE.
• You’ll have access to UpToDate® for clinical decision support.

Ideal candidate

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
• Board certification (ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, AACN, or NCCPA).
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, geriatrics, or post-acute care is preferred, though not required.
