Pediatrician - Outpatient Practice (North Bergen, NJ)

Join a well-established pediatric practice serving Central and Northern New Jersey that emphasizes continuity of care, community impact, and a patient-centered approach. We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate Pediatric Physician to deliver comprehensive outpatient care and participate in periodic newborn rounding. This role offers a balanced schedule, no delivery responsibilities, and opportunities to build long-term relationships with patients and families.

Schedule

• Full-time, five-day work week
• Every-other-Saturday rotation (with one weekday off during weeks when Saturday is worked)

• Outpatient-focused practice; no delivery or C-section coverage required
• Diverse patient population with a large Spanish-speaking community
• Periodic newborn rounding

Compensation & benefits

• Salary $190,000-$210,000, commensurate with experience

Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
• Active, or eligible for, New Jersey medical licensure
• Strong clinical, diagnostic, and communication skills

• Spanish proficiency strongly preferred to support the community served
