Pediatrician - Outpatient Practice (Perth Amboy, NJ)

Join a well-established pediatric practice serving Central and Northern New Jersey where compassionate, continuity-focused care is at the center of everything we do. We’re looking for a dedicated pediatric physician to provide comprehensive outpatient care and participate in periodic newborn rounding. This role offers a supportive, patient-centered environment, a balanced schedule, and the chance to form long-term relationships with patients and families - without delivery responsibilities.

What you’ll do:

• Provide comprehensive outpatient pediatric care
• Participate in periodic newborn rounding
• Serve a diverse patient population, including a large Spanish-speaking community
• Focus on continuity of care and building lasting relationships with families

Schedule:

• Full-time, five-day work week
• Every-other-Saturday rotation
• When working a Saturday, receive one weekday off that week

Clinical highlights:

• Outpatient-focused practice
• No delivery attendance or C-section coverage required

Compensation & benefits:

• Salary: $190,000-$210,000 (commensurate with experience and credentials)

Qualifications:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
• Active or eligible for medical licensure in New Jersey
• Strong clinical, diagnostic, and communication skills
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
• Spanish language proficiency strongly preferred
