Outpatient Adult Primary Care Physician - 100% Outpatient, Mon-Fri No Call (Brockton, MA)

A well-established, multidisciplinary community medicine group in Brockton, Massachusetts seeks a full-time adult primary care physician to join its growing team. This 100% outpatient, clinic-based role focuses exclusively on adult medicine and offers a desirable Monday-Friday schedule (8:00 AM-5:00 PM) with no call and no weekend responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to adults in a busy outpatient clinic
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Collaborate with advanced practice providers, social workers, and case managers to deliver coordinated, team-based care
• Promote preventive health and patient education to improve long-term outcomes
• Support a patient-centered model with an emphasis on community health and health equity

Compensation & benefits

• Competitive base salary: $220,000-$258,824 annually

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active or eligible for Massachusetts medical licensure

• Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, French, or Haitian Creole preferred
• Prior experience in ambulatory care, community health, or public health settings preferred
