Part-Time Medical Director / Attending Physician - Skilled Nursing (Paris, IL)

In this part-time Medical Director/Attending Physician role, you’ll work closely with experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to oversee clinical care, provide leadership within the facilities, and make a real difference for post-acute and long-term care residents. What the role looks like

• Part-time coverage of local skilled nursing facilities, typically 1-2 days per week at each site
• No fixed start/end times, no call, and no overnight shifts
• Expect to see about 18-25 patient visits per day
• You’ll lead clinical care and support the on-site advanced practice clinicians while focusing on compassionate, individualized treatment plans
• Company-provided iPad with LTE for streamlined documentation and communication

Qualifications

• MD or DO with an active, unrestricted U.S. medical license or eligibility for licensure
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, PM&R, or Emergency Medicine
• Strong communication, leadership, and clinical decision-making skills
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
