Lead Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (Lead Provider) - Manchester, NH

We’re looking for a full-time Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Manchester, NH team as the Lead Provider. This is a great leadership role for an experienced APP who loves hands-on urgent care and also enjoys mentoring others. You’ll be the clinical lead on site, helping to maintain high standards of care, supporting new graduate providers, and fostering a collaborative, efficient, and safe environment where patients come first.

What you’ll do:

• Provide comprehensive urgent care to patients of all ages in a busy, fast-paced setting
• Serve as the clinical leader for on-site clinical staff, setting and modeling high standards of care
• Mentor and support new graduate NPs/PAs and other allied health professionals
• Promote evidence-based practices and ensure adherence to clinical protocols
• Help maintain regulatory and quality compliance across the site

Who we’re looking for:

• Master’s degree from an accredited NP or PA program
• Certification by a recognized NP or PA certifying body
• Active Maine license or eligibility for licensure (please confirm licensure requirements for Manchester, NH)
• Unrestricted DEA license (must obtain and maintain)
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Clinical experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, or ambulatory care is strongly preferred
• Leadership, mentorship, or precepting experience is a plus

Compensation and benefits:

• Hourly rate: $80.00 - $85.00
