Lead Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Lead Provider (Multiple NH Locations)

We’re looking for full-time Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to join as Lead Providers at multiple urgent care sites across New Hampshire. This is a great opportunity for experienced advanced practice providers who enjoy hands-on urgent care medicine and want to take on a clinical leadership role - guiding teams, mentoring new clinicians, and promoting excellent, evidence-based care in a busy urgent care setting.

Where you could work:
Belmont, Keene, Plaistow, West Lebanon, Littleton, Concord, Nashua, Windham, Londonderry, and Manchester, NH.

What you’ll do:

• Provide comprehensive urgent care to patients of all ages.
• Serve as the on-site clinical leader for the care team.
• Mentor and support new graduate NPs/PAs and other allied health staff.
• Promote evidence-based practice and maintain high clinical standards.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and clinical protocols.

What we’re looking for:

• Master’s degree from an accredited NP or PA program.
• Certification by a recognized NP or PA certifying body.
• Active New Hampshire state licensure (or eligibility for licensure).
• Unrestricted DEA registration (must be obtained and maintained).
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Clinical experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, or ambulatory care is strongly preferred.
• Leadership, mentorship, or precepting experience is a plus.

• Pay: $80.00-$85.00 per hour.
