Lead Urgent Care NP/PA - Site Clinical Lead in Belmont, NH | $80-$85/hr, Mentorship & Benefits

Full-time urgent care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant needed to serve as Lead Provider in Belmont, NH. This leadership role requires an experienced APP to deliver urgent care, mentor clinical staff, ensure clinical quality, and promote a collaborative, efficient, and safe care environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive urgent care to patients of all ages
• Act as clinical leader for on-site clinical staff
• Mentor and support new graduate NPs/PAs and allied health professionals
• Promote evidence-based practice and maintain high clinical standards
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, clinical, and safety protocols
• Support operational efficiency and quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited NP or PA program
• Certification by an appropriate NP or PA certifying body
• Active NP/PA license (or eligibility for licensure)
• Unrestricted DEA registration (must obtain and maintain)
• BLS certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
• Clinical experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, or ambulatory care preferred
• Demonstrated leadership, mentorship, or precepting experience preferred
