Lead Urgent Care NP/PA - Clinical Lead in Keene, NH | $80-$85/hr, Mentorship & Benefits

Join our team in Keene, NH as a full-time Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant and step into a rewarding leadership role as the site’s Lead Provider. This is a great opportunity for an experienced APP who loves hands-on patient care and enjoys mentoring others in a busy, fast-paced urgent care environment. You’ll be the clinical backbone of the site - guiding new providers, promoting high-quality, evidence-based care, and helping build a collaborative, patient-focused culture.

What you’ll do

• Provide comprehensive urgent care to patients of all ages.
• Serve as the clinical leader for on-site clinical staff and the primary resource for clinical decisions.
• Mentor and support new graduate NPs/PAs and other allied health professionals - helping them grow clinically and confidently.
• Promote evidence-based practice and maintain high clinical standards.
• Ensure the site follows regulatory requirements and clinical protocols to keep patients and staff safe.

What we’re looking for

• Master’s degree from an accredited NP or PA program.
• Certification by a recognized NP or PA certifying body.
• Active Maine license or eligibility for licensure.
• Unrestricted DEA license (must have and maintain).
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Clinical experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, or ambulatory care is strongly preferred.
• Leadership, mentorship, or precepting experience is a plus.

• Hourly rate: $80.00 - $85.00.
