Family Medicine (or Med-Peds) Physician - Outpatient Practice, Amherst & Northampton, MA

Join a well-established, innovative interdisciplinary practice serving patients in Amherst and Northampton, Massachusetts. You’ll deliver comprehensive, patient-centered outpatient care with strong clinical and administrative support - and the option to take on a Medical Director role if you’re interested in leadership.

Our team is truly collaborative: primary care physicians work alongside psychiatrists, behavioral health clinicians, nutritionists, chiropractors, acupuncturists, massage therapists, and health coaches. We focus on team-based, evidence-based care that integrates physical, behavioral, and preventive health to meet patients’ whole-person needs.

What we offer

• Full-time outpatient Family Medicine or Med/Peds position, splitting time between Amherst and Northampton
• Base salary $220,000-$250,000 plus a 30-40% productivity bonus
• Potential opportunity to serve as Medical Director

Who we’re looking for

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine or Med/Peds
• Active or eligible for a DEA registration

• Interest in leadership, mentorship, quality improvement, or practice development is a plus
