Locums Emergency Medicine Physician - Flexible Coverage, Competitive Pay in Trinity, FL

We are seeking an experienced locum Emergency Medicine physician to provide coverage at a modern Emergency Department in Trinity, Florida. The successful candidate will be board-certified (or board-eligible) in Emergency Medicine, skilled in treating patients across the lifespan, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented hospital alongside physicians, nurses, and advanced practice providers.

Core responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive emergency care for infants, children, adults, and seniors.
• Rapidly evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and urgent medical conditions.
• Stabilize and manage trauma, cardiac, neurological, and other critical presentations.
• Coordinate care with hospital specialists and support staff to optimize patient outcomes.
• Accurately and efficiently document patient encounters in the EMR.
• Adhere to hospital policies, protocols, and regulatory standards.

Required qualifications:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine (ABEM or AOBEM).
• Active, unrestricted Florida medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Valid DEA registration and current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
