Nurse Practitioner Float - Up to $162K, Flexible Clinical Coverage & Comprehensive Benefits

We’re looking for a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner Float to deliver consistent, high-quality care across clinical sites in Sierra Vista, AZ and nearby communities. In this role you’ll step into different settings to cover absences, maintain continuity of care, and support patients and care teams wherever you’re needed.

Location and community: Based in southeastern Arizona, you’ll serve Sierra Vista and surrounding areas (including nearby Douglas in Cochise County), a region known for its rich history, vibrant community, and access to beautiful natural landscapes - ideal for those who enjoy outdoor exploration and small-town charm.

What we’re looking for:

• Master’s degree or higher from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• At least two years of clinical experience practicing as a Nurse Practitioner
• Current Arizona NP license
• Board certification in the specialty relevant to the position
• Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Driver’s license and proof of insurance may be required for mileage reimbursement
