• Main site annual volume: 120,000+ visits
• 45-bed ED total: 29 adult beds, 8 pediatric beds, 8 fast-track beds
• Pediatric volume ~20%, covered by dedicated pediatric EM physicians
• Five system FSEDs available for additional coverage with lower volumes

Coverage model & shift options

• Main ED physician coverage: 88 hours/day
• Pediatric ED coverage: 24 hours/day
• APP coverage: 59 hours/day
• Typical shift times include early mornings through nights (examples): 5:00 AM-1:00 PM; 7:00 AM-7:00 PM; 9:00 AM-9:00 PM; 11:00 AM-9:00 PM; 12:00 PM-2:00 AM; 5:00 PM-5:00 AM; 7:00 PM-7:00 AM; 10:00 PM-8:00 AM

Qualifications

• Board certified or board eligible in Emergency Medicine
• Active Florida medical license (or ability to obtain)
• DEA registration
