Float Family Medicine NP/PA - $100K, Travel Between Greenwood Area Clinics, Community-Focused Care

We’re looking for a compassionate, experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Family Medicine team as a floating provider. In this role you’ll deliver patient-centered primary care across multiple outpatient sites in Abbeville, Greenwood, Laurens, McCormick, and Saluda counties, bringing preventive care, chronic disease management, and strong patient relationships to each community you serve.

What you’ll do

• Provide comprehensive primary care for patients across the lifespan, emphasizing wellness, prevention, and management of chronic conditions.
• Travel regularly to assigned family medicine clinics in Abbeville, Greenwood, Laurens, McCormick, and Saluda, SC.
• Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and clinic staff to coordinate care and ensure smooth patient experiences.
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and preventive health measures.
• Complete accurate, timely documentation in the electronic health record.

What we’re looking for

• Graduate of an accredited NP (APRN) or PA program.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in primary care or family medicine.
• Active, unrestricted South Carolina license.
• Board certified or eligible (FNP or PA-C).
