Join our locum tenens team providing Emergency Medicine coverage at a main hospital and a newly opened Freestanding Emergency Department (FSED) in Bradenton, FL (FSED opened Summer 2024). This opportunity supports state-of-the-art facilities delivering high-quality emergency care to Manatee County and neighboring communities.

• Start: Summer 2024 (exact date TBD); allow ~2 months for credentialing
• Commitment: Minimum 4-6 shifts per month
• Shift model: 24-hour physician coverage daily; flexible day and night shifts available
• Locum role will involve working alongside Emergency Medicine residents at the main hospital

• Expected volume: >8,000 annual patient visits
• EMR: Meditech P-doc with M-Modal dictation

Requirements

• Emergency Medicine board certified or board eligible; EM training required
• ATLS certification (minimum)
• Active Florida medical license
• DEA registration
• Willing to commit to at least 4-6 shifts monthly
