Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Skilled Nursing/Long-Term Care (Traverse City, MI)

We seek compassionate Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants dedicated to improving the health and quality of life of older adults within a collaborative, team-based setting.

Position highlights

• Full-time and PRN opportunities with flexible scheduling
• Full-time shifts are six hours; rounds generally begin between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.
• No call or overnight responsibilities
• Perform daily rounds, manage acute and chronic conditions, and prescribe medications and treatment plans
• Efficient documentation supported by a streamlined EHR with AI scribe, voice dictation, and a company-provided iPad with LTE
• Access to UpToDate® for real-time clinical guidance

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
• Board certification (ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, AACN, or NCCPA)
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, geriatrics, or post-acute care preferred
