Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Skilled Nursing (Battle Creek, MI)

We’re expanding our healthcare team in Battle Creek, Michigan, and looking for compassionate Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants who want to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to residents in skilled nursing facilities. What the role looks like

• Full-time position with flexible scheduling.
• Typical shifts are six hours per facility, with rounds usually starting between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.
• No call and no overnight responsibilities.
• You’ll perform daily rounds, manage acute and chronic conditions, develop and prescribe treatment plans, and coordinate care with the facility team.
• Documentation is streamlined - you’ll use an EHR supported by an AI scribe, voice dictation, and a company-provided iPad with LTE.
• Clinical resources like UpToDate® are available for real-time guidance.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
• Board certification (ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, AACN, or NCCPA).
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, geriatrics, or post-acute care is preferred but not required.
