Join our team as a locum tenens Emergency Medicine Physician in Okeechobee, FL, where you’ll deliver high-quality acute care across a variety of emergency department settings. This flexible opportunity lets you manage a broad spectrum of urgent conditions - performing focused histories and physicals, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, initiating timely treatment plans, prescribing medications, and performing minor procedures as needed. You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, efficient patient flow and excellent outcomes.
Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine (ABEM or AOBEM)
- Active Florida medical license
- Current ACLS and PALS certifications
