We are seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Otolaryngologist (ENT Physician) to join our highly specialized and collaborative team in beautiful Colorado Springs, Colorado. This is an outstanding opportunity for a physician interested in practicing comprehensive General Otolaryngology while collaborating with fellowship-trained subspecialists in a physician-led healthcare system committed to innovation, excellence, and exceptional patient care.

* Join a cohesive team of 7 ENT physicians
* Work alongside 6 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) and 3 Audiologists
* Collaborate with fellowship-trained specialists in:
* Head & Neck Surgery
* Microvascular Surgery
* Laryngology
* Otology
* Rhinology
* Sleep Medicine
* Opportunity to develop a comprehensive practice with support from experienced subspecialists
* Physicians with interests in Laryngology and/or Skull Base Surgery are strongly encouraged to apply
* Shared call rotation among ENT providers, allowing for excellent work-life balance
* EPIC electronic medical record utilized system-wide

**Practice Environment**

* Practice in two newly constructed clinics featuring state-of-the-art technology and equipment, including:
* Individual physician offices
* In-suite audiology booths
* Vestibular testing
* Stroboscopy
* In-office ultrasound
* Procedure rooms
* Convenient access to an ambulatory surgery center

**Compensation & Benefits**

* Annual Base Salary: $458,000 – $508,000

**Qualifications**

* Board Eligible or Board Certified in Otolaryngology
* Eligible for or willing to obtain a Colorado Medical License
* Commitment to practicing General ENT full-time
* DEA certification prior to start date
* Most recent NPDB Self-Query Report (within 30 days of presentation)
* Clean malpractice and license history (preferred)
* Interest in subspecialty development, including Laryngology or Skull Base Surgery (not required)
