A growing ENT practice in Colorado is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Otolaryngologist to join an established, physician-led healthcare system. This opportunity offers the ability to build a rapidly growing patient panel, perform high procedural volumes, and practice within a collaborative multidisciplinary environment serving a community with strong demand for ENT services.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide comprehensive ENT care in outpatient clinic and surgical settings
* Diagnose and treat conditions involving: Ear, Nose, Throat, and Head and neck
* Perform a wide range of ENT surgical procedures
* Participate in shared emergency department call coverage
* Provide consultations for referred ENT cases
* Collaborate with audiology specialists for integrated hearing care
* Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation and care coordination
* Deliver patient-centered care focused on quality outcomes
* Coordinate with specialists and multidisciplinary teams across the health system

**Practice Environment**

* Procedures performed in:
* Level III Trauma Center hospital setting
* On-campus outpatient surgery center
* Integrated multidisciplinary healthcare system
* Strong referral base and regional patient demand
* Collaborative relationships with specialists and support staff

**Schedule & Call**

* Full-time schedule
* Shared 1:5 emergency department call rotation
* Weekend responsibilities based on call schedule

**Compensation & Benefits**

* Compensation
* Annual salary: $458,000 – $508,000

**Requirements**

* Board Eligible or Board Certified in Otolaryngology (ENT)
* Active Colorado medical license or willingness to obtain
* DEA required prior to start
* Current NPDB Self-Query report required
