A primary care practice in Eastern Connecticut is seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its outpatient adult medicine team.

Candidate Requirements:
- Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Family Nurse Practitioner, Adult/Gerontology Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant training
- Connecticut APRN or PA license, or eligibility
- 1+ year of experience in primary care or a relevant outpatient setting required
- Adult medicine, family medicine, internal medicine, or outpatient primary care experience preferred
- Strong communication, clinical judgment, documentation, and patient-care skills
