Hospitalist NP/PA - Skilled Nursing Care, No Nights/Call, Competitive Pay + Up to $50K Retention

We’re growing our healthcare team that delivers patient-centered care across skilled nursing facilities in Gallatin County, including Shawneetown, IL. If you’re a compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who enjoys working with older adults in a collaborative, team-based setting, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll do

• Work full time with flexible scheduling - shifts are six hours and typically start between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.
• Perform daily rounds in skilled nursing facilities, managing acute and chronic conditions and developing treatment and medication plans.
• Benefit from no call and no overnight responsibilities.
• Document efficiently using a streamlined EHR enhanced with an AI scribe and voice dictation; we provide an iPad with LTE.
• Use UpToDate® for real-time clinical guidance.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
• Board certification (ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, AACN, or NCCPA).
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, geriatrics, or post-acute care is preferred.
