Hospitalist NP/PA - Skilled Nursing Care in Lyndhurst, OH • Full-Time, No Call, Competitive Pay

Join our expanding clinical team delivering patient-centered care across skilled nursing facilities in Lyndhurst, Ohio. We seek compassionate Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants committed to improving the health and quality of life of older adults within a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment. Key responsibilities and schedule

• Full-time positions with flexible scheduling and six-hour facility shifts (rounds typically begin between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.)
• No on-call or overnight obligations
• Perform daily rounds, manage acute and chronic conditions, initiate and adjust medications and treatment plans, and coordinate care with facility staff and families
• Efficient documentation using a streamlined EHR with AI Scribe, voice dictation, and a company-provided iPad with LTE
• Access to UpToDate® for point-of-care clinical guidance

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
• Board certification (ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, AACN, or NCCPA)
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, geriatrics, or post-acute care preferred
