Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Skilled Nursing (Archbold, OH)

We’re looking for compassionate Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants who enjoy working with older adults in a collaborative, team-oriented setting and want a schedule that supports work-life balance.

What you’ll do

• Work full time with flexible scheduling - typical shifts are six hours, and rounds usually start between 7:00 and 10:00 a.m.
• Perform daily rounds, manage acute and chronic conditions, prescribe medications, and develop treatment plans.
• Benefit from no call and no overnight responsibilities.
• Document efficiently using a streamlined EHR with AI scribe support, voice dictation, and a company-provided iPad with LTE.
• Access UpToDate® for point-of-care guidance.

Who we’re looking for

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
• Board certification (ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, AACN, or NCCPA).
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, geriatrics, or post-acute care is preferred but not required.
