Hospitalist NP/PA - Full-Time, No Overnight Call, Flexible 6-Hour Shifts, Up to $50K Retention

We’re expanding our team in Broadview Heights, Ohio, and looking for compassionate Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants who want to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to residents in skilled nursing facilities. If you enjoy working with older adults in a collaborative, team-based setting and want a role with predictable daytime hours, this could be a great fit.

What you’ll do

• Provide daily rounds at skilled nursing facilities, managing acute and chronic conditions and developing treatment plans
• Prescribe medications and coordinate care with facility staff and families
• Use a streamlined EHR with AI scribe support and voice dictation to keep documentation efficient
• Start rounds typically between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.; shifts are six hours for full-time providers
• Enjoy no call and no overnight responsibilities

What we’re looking for

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
• Board certification (ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, AACN, or NCCPA)
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, geriatrics, or post-acute care is preferred but not required
