Compensation: $140,000+
Schedule: Monday-Friday, daytime; flexible scheduling available

Core responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary care across the lifespan: assessment, diagnosis, treatment of acute and chronic conditions.
• Deliver preventive care and health-promotion education, including screening and early detection.
• Coordinate patient care with a multidisciplinary team and develop individualized care plans.
• Prescribe and manage medications; monitor therapeutic response and adverse effects.
• Perform clinical procedures as needed (e.g., suturing, wound care, immunizations, minor interventions).
• Maintain accurate, timely electronic health records in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Participate in quality improvement activities and help implement clinical protocols.
