Family/Internal Medicine Physician - Bisbee, AZ (Sign-On Bonus $25K)

Join a Community Health Center in Bisbee, AZ to provide high-quality adult primary care in an outpatient community setting. New graduates and physicians on J-1 or H-1 visas are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive adult medicine/primary care services, including diagnosis, treatment, preventive care, chronic disease management, and care coordination.
• Maintain accurate medical records and comply with clinic protocols and quality metrics.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members and refer to specialists as needed.
• Participate in community outreach and patient education as required.

• Salary up to $310,000 plus quarterly productivity bonus

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Active, unrestricted Arizona medical license (or eligibility to obtain one)
• DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
• Strong clinical skills, bedside manner, and communication abilities
• Commitment to serving a diverse, community-based patient population
