Pediatrician - Sierra Vista, AZ | $25K Sign-On + Up to $80K Student Loan Repayment

Compensation & benefits

• Base salary: $240,000-$311,000
• Quarterly productivity bonuses; typical annual total cash compensation potential $320K-$370K+
• $25,000 sign-on bonus
• NHSC Loan Repayment Program: up to $80,000 over the first two years with continuation awards available; additional repayment may be available through the Arizona State Loan Repayment Program
• 5-6 weeks PTO to start, plus 10 paid holidays

Clinical responsibilities

• Provide routine well-child visits, immunizations, and developmental screenings
• Diagnose and treat acute pediatric illnesses, infections, and injuries
• Manage chronic pediatric conditions and coordinate care with specialists
• Educate patients and families on preventive care and healthy lifestyles

Qualifications

• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
• Active Arizona medical license or ability to obtain
• Current DEA registration
• BLS and PALS certifications
• New graduates and J-1/H-1B visa candidates welcome
