Overview:
Provide patient-centered pediatric care for infants through adolescents, prioritizing physical and developmental health for families in underserved communities.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive pediatric care including history-taking, physical exams, diagnostic testing, immunizations, and treatment planning
• Counsel patients and families on wellness, development, and preventive care
• Coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity
• Maintain accurate medical records in electronic health systems
• Participate in ongoing professional development and stay current with pediatric best practices

Minimum requirements:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Completion of an accredited U.S. pediatric residency
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
• Active Arizona medical license and DEA registration (or eligible to obtain)
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR and AED certification per American Heart Association or Red Cross
• Valid Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card (Arizona DPS)
• Valid Arizona driver’s license
• Proficiency with electronic medical records
• Strong clinical skills and interpersonal communication with patients, families, and staff

Preferred:

• Bilingual in Spanish (preferred, not required)
