Pediatric Physician - Full-Time in Surprise, AZ | Day-One Benefits, 3 Weeks PTO, Bilingual a Plus

Provide comprehensive pediatric care for patients from infancy through adolescence in Surprise, Arizona. Deliver patient-centered assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, preventive care, developmental screening, immunizations, and family education. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to coordinate care and support access to services for underserved communities. Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record and comply with clinic, state, and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Completion of an accredited U.S. Pediatric residency
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
• Valid Arizona medical license and DEA registration
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• CPR/AED certification per American Heart Association or American Red Cross standards
• Valid Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card from the Arizona Department of Public Safety
• Valid Arizona driver’s license
• Strong pediatric clinical skills and proficiency with electronic medical records
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Preferred: bilingual English/Spanish
