Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Skilled Nursing, Paris IL (Full-Time)

Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to residents in skilled nursing facilities across Paris, IL. Work in a collaborative, team-based environment focused on improving health and quality of life for older adults. New graduates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily rounds in skilled nursing facilities
• Evaluate and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans
• Communicate care plans with facility staff and families
• Document efficiently in EHR using AI Scribe and voice dictation

Schedule

• Full-time positions with flexible schedules
• Six-hour facility shifts; rounds typically start between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.
• No call or overnight responsibilities

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted NP or PA license
• Board certification (ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, AACN, or NCCPA)
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, geriatrics, or post-acute care preferred
