Hospitalist NP/PA - Flexible Shifts, No Nights/Call, Competitive Pay + Up to $50K Retention

Join a growing healthcare team delivering patient-centered care in skilled nursing facilities across Cahokia, IL. We are seeking compassionate Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to improve the health and quality of life of older adults within a collaborative, team-based environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily rounds and manage acute and chronic conditions in skilled nursing and post-acute settings
• Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary care teams
• Document efficiently using a streamlined EHR enhanced with AI Scribe and voice dictation

Schedule and working conditions

• Full-time and part-time positions available with flexible scheduling
• Typical full-time shift: six hours per facility; rounds generally start between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.
• No call or overnight responsibilities
• Company-provided iPad with LTE for clinical use
• Access to UpToDate® for real-time clinical guidance

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in Illinois
• Board certification (ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, AACN, or NCCPA)
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, geriatrics, or post-acute care preferred
