Value-Based Family/Internal Medicine Physician - Adult Primary Care (Green Valley, AZ)

We are a physician-led, value-based primary care organization in Green Valley, AZ, committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to adults and seniors. We are seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join a collaborative team focused on preventive care, chronic disease management, and coordinated treatment to improve health outcomes.

You will practice alongside experienced nurse practitioners, care managers, pharmacists, social workers, and clinical support staff in a supportive environment that enables physicians to concentrate on patient care.

• Annual salary range: $211,369-$317,053

Key responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary care to adult and senior patients
• Diagnose and manage acute, chronic, and complex medical conditions
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and coordinate specialty referrals
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes
• Promote preventive care, wellness, and chronic disease management
• Participate in quality improvement and patient engagement initiatives
• Maintain accurate, timely electronic medical record documentation

Qualifications:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Active Arizona medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• Current DEA registration
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Commitment to value-based, patient-centered care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
