Primary Care NP or PA - Full-Time Buckeye, AZ | Day-1 Benefits, 3 Weeks PTO, CME Support

Join a collaborative team in Buckeye, Arizona, delivering compassionate, comprehensive primary care. In this full-time role you will provide patient-centered assessment, prevention, education, and treatment across the lifespan - managing routine visits and more complex cases while building trusting relationships with patients and coordinating care with the clinical team. You will practice independently within your authorized scope, following clinic policies and working with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited NP or PA program
• Active Arizona licensure and applicable NP/PA certification
• Valid DEA registration
• Current BLS/CPR/AED certification (American Heart Association or equivalent, including cognitive and skills evaluations)
• Valid Arizona driver’s license
• Valid Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card (Arizona DPS) for behavioral health assignments
• Demonstrated clinical judgment and familiarity with clinical methods and techniques
• Basic business English skills (spelling, punctuation)
• Basic computer proficiency, including electronic medical record systems
