Hospitalist NP/PA - Skilled Nursing Care in Cottonwood Falls, KS | Flexible FT, No Call, Competitive Pay

We seek compassionate Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants who are committed to improving the health and quality of life of older adults in a collaborative, team-based setting.

What you’ll do

• Provide daily rounds in skilled nursing facilities, managing acute and chronic conditions and developing treatment plans, including prescriptions.
• Work six-hour facility shifts (rounds typically begin between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.).
• Benefit from no call or overnight responsibilities.
• Document efficiently using a streamlined EHR with AI scribe, voice dictation, and a company-provided iPad with LTE.
• Access UpToDate® for point-of-care clinical guidance.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
• National certification (ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, AACN, NCCPA, or equivalent).
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, geriatrics, or post-acute care preferred.
