Floating Family Medicine NP/PA - $100K, Travel Between Greenwood Area Clinics, Benefits

We’re looking for a compassionate, experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Family Medicine team as a floating provider. In this role you’ll provide primary care across multiple outpatient sites in Abbeville, Greenwood, Laurens, McCormick, and Saluda counties, delivering patient-centered care that emphasizes prevention, wellness, and chronic disease management while building trusting relationships with patients and families.

What you’ll do:

• Deliver comprehensive primary care for patients across the lifespan.
• Travel regularly to assigned family medicine sites within Abbeville, Greenwood, Laurens, McCormick, and Saluda, SC.
• Provide evidence-based care with a strong focus on prevention and chronic condition management.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other care team members to coordinate treatment plans.
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses, medications, and health maintenance.
• Accurately and promptly document patient encounters in the electronic health record.

Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited APRN/NP program or Physician Assistant program.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in primary care or family medicine.
• Active, unrestricted South Carolina medical license.
• Certification or eligibility for certification in your specialty (FNP or PA-C).
