Family or Internal Medicine Physician - Primary Care (Surprise, AZ)

Who we’re looking for:

• Graduate of an accredited medical school.
• Completed an accredited U.S. Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family or Internal Medicine.
• Valid Arizona medical license and DEA certificate.
• Valid Arizona driver’s license.
• Current CPR/AED certification for healthcare professionals (per AHA/Red Cross standards, including cognitive and skills evaluations).
• Valid Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card from the Arizona Department of Public Safety for assignments at specialty behavioral health locations.

Skills and expectations:

• Strong clinical knowledge and familiarity with common primary care methods and techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with patients, families, colleagues, and the public.
• Ability to provide respectful, culturally responsive care to diverse populations.
• Basic proficiency in business English, spelling, and punctuation.
• Comfortable using computers and electronic medical record systems.
