Pediatrician - Outpatient Practice (North Bergen, NJ)

Join a well-established pediatric practice serving Central and Northern New Jersey, where compassionate, continuity-focused care and community engagement are central. You will deliver comprehensive outpatient pediatrics with occasional newborn rounding, enjoy a balanced schedule without delivery responsibilities, and build long-term relationships with children and families.

Schedule

• Full-time, five-day work week
• Every-other-Saturday rotation, with one weekday off during weeks when Saturday is worked

• Base salary $190,000-$210,000 (commensurate with experience)

Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
• Active or eligible for New Jersey medical licensure
• Strong clinical, diagnostic, and communication skills

• Spanish proficiency strongly preferred to support the community served
