Outpatient Pediatrician - Community-Focused, Spanish-Speaking Population, Partnership Track

Join a well-established practice serving families across Central and Northern New Jersey as a caring pediatric physician. You’ll work in a supportive, patient-centered environment that values continuity of care and meaningful community relationships.

This outpatient-focused role involves comprehensive pediatric care with occasional newborn rounding. You won’t have delivery or C-section responsibilities, allowing you to focus on clinic-based medicine and building long-term connections with patients and their families. Our practice serves a diverse population, including a large Spanish-speaking community, so Spanish proficiency is a strong plus.

Schedule

• Full-time, five-day work week
• Every-other-Saturday rotation with one weekday off during weeks you work Saturday

What we’re looking for

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
• Active or eligible for New Jersey medical licensure
• Strong clinical, diagnostic, and communication skills
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
• Spanish language proficiency strongly preferred to support our community
