A long-established, family-owned pediatric practice in Paterson, NJ is hiring a Pediatric Physician to join a growing, independent outpatient clinic. The practice has served the community for 30+ years and maintains a loyal patient base. This role allows physicians to focus on outpatient pediatric care in a supportive environment with room for practice growth.

Location

• Paterson, New Jersey (office-based)

Position type

• 100% outpatient (no inpatient rounding, no deliveries, no hospital call)
• Full-time or part-time
• Flexible scheduling; optional Saturday shifts available for additional hours

Clinical responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient pediatric care (well-child visits, sick visits, immunizations, developmental screening, chronic condition management)
• Communicate effectively with families and collaborate with clinical staff
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure continuity of care

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
• Active or eligible for New Jersey medical license
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care and teamwork
