Locum CRNA (3-Month FT) - Alpena, MI (Inpatient/Outpatient, Mon-Fri + On-Call)

Locum CRNA - Alpena, MI (Lake Huron shore) - full-time, 3-month assignment with potential extension.

Assignment details

• Duration: 3 months, possibility to extend
• Start: ASAP
• Schedule: Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
• Call: off-site coverage due to staffing shortages - one weeknight per week and one weekend per month
  • Weeknight call shift: 3:00 PM-7:00 AM (weekday)
  • Weekend call shift: Fri 3:00 PM-Mon 7:00 AM

Clinical duties

• Provide anesthesia for outpatient (70%) and inpatient (30%) cases
• Case mix: endoscopy, general surgery, OB/GYN, orthopedics, pain management, urology, vascular, pulmonary
• No cardiac or neurosurgery cases

Procedural expectations

• Required: spinal and epidural anesthesia, central venous catheters, arterial lines
• Preferred: peripheral nerve blocks (not required)

Required credentials

• Active Michigan CRNA license
• NBCRNA certification
• AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS

• Ability to start immediately preferred
