Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon - Board-Certified/Eligible, Level II Center (~600 Cases/yr) in San Jose

We’re looking for a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon to join a high-performing trauma team in San Jose, CA. Based in a busy Level II Trauma Center, you’ll be part of a program that manages roughly 600 orthopedic trauma cases each year - an engaging environment for surgeons who thrive on complex, high-acuity work.

What you’ll do:

• Provide surgical care for orthopedic trauma patients across the continuum - initial consults, operative management, postoperative care, and clinic follow-up
• Round with inpatient teams and participate in trauma call and consult coverage
• Work closely with physicians, nursing, rehabilitation, and other specialists to develop comprehensive treatment plans
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and program development in partnership with the medical center

What we’re looking for:

• MD or DO degree
• Completion of Orthopedic Surgery residency and fellowship training in Orthopedic Trauma (required)
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
• Active California medical license or eligibility to obtain one
